Every refurbished smartphone sold by BY ME SDN. BHD. comes with an official 12-month local hardware warranty against functional defects, motherboard malfunctions, display abnormalities, and camera sensor failures under normal operational conditions.
Within 30 calendar days from receipt, if any certified diagnostic hardware issue is identified that cannot be immediately rectified, BY ME SDN. BHD. will replace the handset with an equivalent Grade A pristine unit at zero additional cost to the customer.
Warranty claims are directly handled by our technical diagnostic center at Menara SSM@Sentral, Kuala Lumpur Sentral. Customers can initiate service tickets via WhatsApp or email (contact@byme-phones-my.pages.dev).
